Groups

For bookings of 6 or more guests, our staff will contact you to confirm the reservation and agree on the menu.

Vouchers

For bookings using gift vouchers, please email joia@joia.it. We recommend at least 10 days’ notice and up to one month for Fridays and Saturdays. Vouchers are not valid on Valentine’s Day.

Delays and Cancellations

If you are running late, please call us on (+39) 02 2049244.
To cancel your reservation, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.

Animals

Your animals are welcome. Please inform us when booking.


Dietary Requirements

All our menus can be prepared fully plant-based or gluten-free. Please specify this in the notes when booking.

If you do not receive a confirmation email, the reservation will not be considered valid.
